Airshoppen Travel Retail, which is part of the travel compay, Thomas Cook Group, and Apollo Rejser's airline Novair, have entered into an agreement which will allow all Noviar passengers to access more than 1200 items in the duty-free catalogue, plus on board delivery of both duty free goods, drinks and a selection of snacks.
"We have recently launched our pre-order solution for duty free goods. Therefore we are incredibly happy and proud to announce that Apollo has chosen Airshoppen as their supplier for the next three years," says Lars Bording, director of Airshoppen Travel Retail.
“We look forward to a strong and long-term cooperation with Airshoppen Travel Retail, which offers a strong concept for Apollo's customers who travel with Novair. Our main focus is our guests and we are very pleased to offer them the best airshop on the market,” says Anders Fred, Managing Director Novair.
The pre-order concept behind Airshoppen Travel Retail was developed in the early eighties. Since then, the concept has developed and is now a leader in its field.
Entering the B2B market
“We have been servicing our own customers for decades and we now want to expand in the B2B market. We have a strong concept in both our pre-order business and in on board sales. We have invested in online sales and direct marketing and are now well placed to work with new customers. Atlantic Airways came aboard in 2017, Novair will be joining on May 1, 2019 and I would welcome other airlines and tour operators to find out more about our concepts,” says Lars Bording.
Novair will have a range of strong brands adapted to Apollo's customer groups. In addition, Airshoppen provides a complete e-commerce solution as well as direct marketing, customer service, inventory management and consulting.
